Borgo San Leo Nero D’Avola Reviews
The Donna Review
I was excited to try this as we have had their Merlot one and we really liked it.
But, I’m not loving this overly, I can only seem to get the acidiness and not much else.
Wine Rating: 2.5/5
Man with no Palate Review
Nero D’Avola I quite like and generally these are tasty, really tasty and like a dry fruit. Although this wine doesn’t disappoint, it does leave a rather acidic aftertaste, which is a pity. There are better Nero D’Avola wines that we have reviewed.

Borgo San Leo Nero D’Avola Bottle Label Description
This dry red wine comes from Nero D’Avola grapes – the native variety that represents one of the hallmarks of Sicilian winemakers.
It offers a broad and persistent aroma and superbly structured and offers a rich sensation of fruitiness and sweet spiced to the palate.
