The Donna Review
This was served well chilled and recommended by Dan Murphy. I have to say this white wine has that real cheap taste to it. It really does nothing except for the lovely colour in the glass. Reminds me of cheap wine that you had at parties as a student. The rest of this bottle will end up in a Risotto.

Man with no Palate Review
When I purchased this wine, the guy at Dam Murphy’s (who is usally absolutely spot on with any wine he recommends) said to me you are going to struggle to get a good white wine under $10. If this is the benchmark then we need to continue buying white wine from Aldi or increase our budget (other than Silver Fish). This wine just tastes cheap, because it was recommended I was looking forward to drinking this, particularly as it is Scilian and Scilian reds are usually great at this price point.

Colpasso Grillo Sicilia Bottle Label Description
The grapes for Colpasso Grillo are grown in the far west of the island of Sicily. Grillo is a traditional Sicilian white grape variety which is perfectly suited for the Mediterranean climate. The Grillo grapes are left on the vines for a surprisingly long time, allowing them to develop real complexity. The resulting wine is well balanced, fresh and lively with complex fruit flavour and a long finish. An ideal apeeitif or accompaniment to seafood.
