The Donna Review
We purchased this after a wine tasting session at Foxeys Hangout along with some other wines for Christmas.
On tasting this was really delicious and thought this would go nicely with a fish dish on Christmas Eve.
We had it well chilled and on pouring there was a lovely bouquet along with colour.
There is instant creaminess, flowed by peach undertones or maybe apple with a slight acidic aftertaste – but not unpleasant at all, in fact it really adds to clearing the pallet.
A beautiful complex Pinot Gris which can easily be drunk with or without food. One that I would definitely purchase again.
Lovely to see no sulphates have been used in the creation of this delicious wine.

Man with no palate Review
I find this wine tasty but acidic. We are slowly getting used to drinking more white wine, so I have to take off my red wine hat and enjoy this for what it is. Personally it is very apple in flavour but a really crispy non flourly apple.
What I would say we had this with a starter of prawn and a main of pasta and it easily complemented both dishes. So I suppose that is a large compliment.
