The Donna Review
I was excited to try this as it wasn’t part of our wine tasting at Foxeys, also I am not generally a fan of Shiraz sparkling. But on opening this, it has just the right amount of fizz which does not overtake on the flavour of this wine. This is bursting with flavour and on a hot day this is surprisingly refreshing. Drink with or without food.
Lovely to see no sulphates have been used in the creation of this refreshing wine.

Man with no palate Review
There is something, just not right about a sparkling shiraz. Yet this is ironically Australian, even on a hot day and today it is a hot day it is surprisingly refreshing.
Once you stop comparing it to a Monte Chandon you start to appreciate this sparkling wine. It is very rich, would be great with red meat, not ideal with fish. But as a wine you could keep drinking this. It is so full of flavour I would compare it personally to a Pimms where you can keep drinking.
