The Donna Review
I wouldn’t say the smell is great on opening. It is a thick wine. There is a lot of acidicness on initial taste, but the afternotes of berries do come through. If you can get through the acidicness, then not too bad.

Man with no Palate Review
I would classify this Rioja a classic style, it is full on fruitiness which initially is pretty flavoursome. What I like about this wine which we haven’t had with some of the recent Tempranillo’s is that we do get that spicy lingering flavour with the undertones of the remaining fruitiness. I would say that it is just so slightly acidicness after particularly when it hits the stomach. Which is a real shame otherwise this is a good drop.

Furo Rioja 2019 Bottle Label Description
Our wine exudes typical Tempranillo characteristics, from Rioja with intense aromas of blackberries and raspberries leading to smooth tannins and dark fruit flavours with a persistent and fruity finish. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meats, dry cured ham or roasted stuffed capsicum.
