The Donna Review
This is a real knockout Shiraz, wow when you take that first sip – the flavours are really punchy. There is a slight acidness, but this does not put you off reaching for your glass. Plus it is really smooth, even with the acidness.

Man with no Palate Review
I usually associate winter reds with Cab Savs. This wine is very tasty with a seriously rich flavour, has that real depth of that a winter wine should have. But it does have an achilles heal, it is slightly acidic, but considering how tasty it is, I am more than happy to ignore it.

Hidden Ridge McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017 Bottle Label Description
This highly regarded grape growing region of McLaren Vale has an unrivalled reputation in Australia for growing fruit which is rull-godied, deep coloured and rich flavoured.
Bright crimson hues lead to aromas of blueberry, cherry, spiced oak and pepper. A medium to full gody with red berry flavours, a touch of chocolate, liquorice and dried herbs add to an overall savoury quality, the perfect food wine.
This Shiraz drinks well now and will reward aging.
