The Donna Review
A very religious label – just saying.
I do like Merlot’s but not usually blends and drunk alongside a pasta dish. Tonight we had more of a Chinese dish and I felt this wine did not go with the food. But that said, it is a classic Merlot in colour but not an overly great bouquet on the nose. There is a good amount of spice and richness. Can easily be drunk on its own and would imagine it would pair nicely with pasta dish or cheese platter. I usually prefer pure Merlots as this is a mix. But would pass as a good house red in France.

Man with no palate Review
So picture this, you are standing in Dan Murphy’s in Australia looking at a bottle of red wine from Pays d’oc and the wine is less that $10 now that is a long way to send a bottle of wine that retails for less than $10. So you just have to buy it. Considering this is under $10 and you have to take that into account. This is a really good drop. Yes it is slightly acidic, yes it isn’t overly smooth but I am more than happy to recommend this wine if you looking for a wine under $10.
