The Donna Review
This is an expensive wine and one my favourites a Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. This is a beautiful colour although a bit of a brown tinge. Not the best on the nose, but good on the taste. This is beautifully smooth, creamy and full of flavour. I really like this, is it worth the price, not sure. But could easily drink with and amazing cheese platter.

Man with no palate Review
I think we made a mistake not decanting this. Quite simply for the following reasons:
Straight out of the bottle is is very smooth. After about 20 minutes of it sitting in the bottle for a second pour the complexity completely changed. I am no wine expert, but I could distinctly taste nuts and vanilla and no sickly aftertaste.

Ahh it is really completely different on the second pour. Oxygentaing this wine gives way to much complexity than out of the bottle. With heavy flavours of vanilla and a subtle bouquet of parsnip. This wine really proves it worth as its price point. You will not find such complexity in cheaper wines for the most part. The North One Pinot Noir is a very smooth and tasty wine that deserves an honest and fair rating.
