So organic – should taste really well as preservative free. But it is a true Shiraz with more than a hint of pepper. It really isn’t great and you really expect so much more from an Organic wine. This is still young and maybe needs more time to mature. So would give this wine a miss as it really is difficult to drink. Although on opening it didn’t have too bad a bouquet.

Man with no Palate Review
I always find organic wines ironic, particularly in Australia. Where finding Organic food is a hell of a lot more difficult. So picture this you are drinking an organic wine with a non-organic meal. I really wanted to enjoy this wine, because it was organic and there needs to be fore more on the market. Sadly this is a truly awful wine. I am lost for words on how to describe it, I think it is best to leave it at that.
