The Donna Review
This is so deep in colour, almost black. I was exited to review this especially as it is a 2012 vintage. It is so creamy and slides smoothly through the mouth. Rich in flavour with undertones of black fruits.

Man with no Palate Review
This is a very pleasant almost creamy red wine. With a rich deep flavour, there is a slight aftertaste, but I can definately detect hints of blackberries. A nice heavy Cabernet Sauvignon.
Really good with a rich beef stew.

Nillahcootie Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 Bottle Label Description
Nillahcootie Estate is nestled in a picturesque valley at the northern end of Lake Nillahcootie between Mount Samaria and the Strathbogie Ranges.
The beautiful bunches of ripe fruit, wich were hand-picked in early April 2012 and fermented for 10 days in open tubs, has yielded a wine of dark plum red colour, with strong characters of blackfruits, matured for 12 months in one an four year old French barriques, the round palate finished with fine firm tannins.
