Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2017 Reviews
The Donna Review
The acidness takes your breath away and it is difficult to get any flavours to come through.
This I think would benefit from aging!
At $22 you would buy this to lie it down. There is no way you would drink it now.

Man with no Palate Review
After opening this bottle we read the label which stated that it would benefit from cellering. Obviously we can’t do that now, but would not be surprised if this wine matures nicely, it is slightly acidic at the moment but is tasty. It is difficult therefore to really understand the value of this wine.

Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2017 Bottle Label Description
Parker Coonawarra Estate was established in 1985 with an uncompromising approach to quality.
This Cabernet Sauvignon benefits not only from John Parker’s original philosophy but also from the extended ripening period that the Coonawarra region offers. These elements have conspired to produce a wine that will drink beautifully in it’s youth and reward patience in the medium to long term with appropriate cellaring.
