The Donna Review
This is a really take your breath away with acidness. But it does have undertones of fruit coming through. The smeall is interesting and there is a smoothness coming through. I wonder if this wine needs to be layed down for a few years before drinking?

Man with no Palate Review
Here is an interesting throught this wine on this ocassion red wine, is better when you have had a stressful week than an un-stressful week. Do your taste buds fundamentally change, becuase this week has been somewhat stressful. So I am not sure if this wine is as good as I think it is. It is fruity (which I like) but very slightly acidic aftertaste.

Redcastle Heathcote Shiraz 2018 Bottle Label Description
Redcastle is our tribute to Heath Cote’s rich heritage. Famous for its volcanic, brick-red coloured soil. Heahtcote was once affectionately referred to by prospectors as ‘Redcastle’ during the gold rush of 1850’s. Today, these same magical, red soils, consistently produce world leading Shiraz. By adopting traditional winemaking techniques, we are able to create a wine that reflects our passion for this special place, consistently rich and full-bodied with an element of spice.
