The Donna Review
Liquorice and chocolatey all at the same time. Very lux smooth and blended. No nasty aftertaste left in the mouth. You can easily drink this on its own. A very warming wine, as if the sun has transported itself into the wine. I really like this wine, there is a lot of depth to this.

Man with no palate Review
The mistake we made with this wine is we didn’t decant it and let it breath a little. I think that would of improved an already good wine. It is tasty, kinda dusty, layers of flavour. I do find it a little bit acidic, but that could be the tannins. I am wondering if this just needs a couple of more years to mellow out a little.
Be careful when corking, the cork detonates rapidly!
