The Donna Review
On pouring this, it did have a slight brown tinge to it. When I see brown, I think it’s past drinking – which is disappointing for a 2018. So thinking this should have been left for a few years and then drunk. It does have an overpowering bouquet to it and even though smooth not the most enjoyable Pinot Noir I have had.
As I bought more than one bottle, we used this in a beef stew and I have to say the taste was amazing!

Man with no Palate Review
I wouldn’t be put off by the overpowering bouquet or the slightly brownish tinge. This is a surprisingly smooth wine with a taste that I cannot yet describe, wouldn’t say that it sets the world on fire it’s just the smoothness that I like. This wine is maybe one that needs to age.
