I served this very warm – as a mistake
But it really helps bring out the flavour of a Shiraz. The tannins are there, but not overpowering.
I purchased this in Victoria to take with us on holiday.
This went really well with a Mexican meal that we had.

Man with no Palate Review
As you have gathered by now we are on holiday in an Airbnb somewhere North East Victoria. As a result I haven’t quite worked out where to place this wine. I think we placed the wine right over a hot water pipe which runs under the floorboards, because even without all the trimmings this is the best mulled wine I have ever had.
It is really luscious, warm (even without the extra heat) either way I will be buying this again. Whether to make a proper mulled wine or just on its own.
