The Donna Review
At first, this is fruity, really fruity, especially when chilled – which I like. Sadly as it looses its chill, the fruitiness goes and a more typical Sauvignon Blanc flavour comes through – more acidity. Which I’m not a fan of.

Man with no Palate Review
This is an interesting wine, absolutely no expert when it comes to Sauvignon Blanc. So whether this is a classic Sauvignon Blanc I have no idea. But it starts off overwhelmingly fruity, yet as it warms up, it looses its fruitiness and becomes slightly more crisper but less tasty.

Wolf Blass Gold Label Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Bottle Label Description
Fruit for the 2018 Gold Label Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from high altitude, cool climate vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Mild summer days and cool nights provide ideal conditions for intense varietal Sauvignon Blanc aromas and flavours to develop.
The wine shows fresh herbaceous and gooseberry aromas with a zesty palate of passionfruit, kiwi fruit and citrus notes. Layers of complexity are evident in the elegant structure, long finish and balanced acidity.
